Requirements:

�?�·�?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?�  Minimum 10 years F&B Management experience with combined restaurant, banqueting, beverage, kitchen exposure in a four or five star hotel

�?�·�?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?�  Fluent written & spoken English

�?�·�?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?�  Degree in Hospitality / Culinary Management preferred

�?�·�?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?�  Proven record in delivering operating results in high volume 4 to 5 star hotel

�?�·�?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?�  Certified in Food Handling and HACCAP

�?�·�?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?� �?�  Knowledge of Hotel Operation System
