Helpdesk (HD)

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma degree in IT or related field
• Min. 1 years experience
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Male / Female
• Fluently Speaking and Reading English
• Knowledgeable in Windows 98 / 2000 / XP, server, TCP/IP and LAN
• Have an Excellent communication skill
• Can Work under pressure
• Have Microsoft Certified Professional ( Minimum Requirement )
• Customer relationship skills
• Willing to travel ( coverage area Indonesia )
• For Contractual based
