Responsibilities:
�¢?�¢ Handling clients complaints and giving the solution
�¢?�¢ Monitoring server
�¢?�¢ Server troubleshooting (upgrade kernel, tuning mysql, tweaking service, etc)
Requirements:
�¢?�¢ Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
�¢?�¢ Required skill(s): Linux, Windows, Apache, IIS, PHP, Mysql, DNS Server, TCI/IP
�¢?�¢ Familiar with Cpanel, Plesk is advantage
�¢?�¢ Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
�¢?�¢ Applicants must be willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
�¢?�¢ A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role with such company associated with technical services, but fresh graduate welcome to apply.
