Admin Tender (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with principal company overseas
* Be based in Jakarta, local and interstate travel may be required
* Some of responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Provide administrative assistance t* the Marketing and Sales Engineer
* Draft & prepare tender documents
* Assist the Sales teams through direct interaction with customers in smaller scale sales
Requirements:
* Applicants must be willing t* work in Jakarta Timur.
* Previous direct Oil & Gas application engineering experience an advantage.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor�¢??s Degree for Petroleum, Mechanical or Engineering.
* Required skill(s): administration skills, attention t* details, process-orientedness, organizational skills, Computer literate (min. MS Office & email function).
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
